Romeo 
Peña

Romeo Palustre Peña is from Catanauan in Bondoc Peninsula (part of Quezon Province), Philippines. His novel titled Isang One Dalawang Zero was published by Visprint in 2018. His essays, short stories and poetry have appeared in various literary anthologies and publications in the Philippines, Singapore and Egypt. Some of his works have won in various literary prizes in the Philippines and Japan. He was a fellow in writing workshops such as UP National Writers Workshop, UST National Writers Workshop, Iyas Writing Workshop and among others. He is currently a Full Professor teaching literature and creative writing in the College of Arts and Letters, and Graduate School of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines while managing the Center for Social History as Chief. He finished his PhD in Philippine Studies major in Literature at the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Jomar 

Adaya

Jomar Gonzales Adaya teaches literature, language and popular culture as Associate Professor at the College of Arts and Letters of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and currently serves as Chief of the Center for Language and Literary Studies. He was a writing fellow at the PUP Center for Creative Writing (2012) and UP Palihang Rogelio Sicat (2014). Some of his poems, flash fictions and essays have been published in journals and literary anthologies such as Entrada Journal, Bisig Journal, Agos Journal, Pylon and Sagupa. He was also a proponent of a research that has been awarded a research grant from the Philippine National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in 2017. Currently, he is finishing PhD in Philippine Studies major in Literature at the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Tomoaki 

Takeshita

Tomoaki Takeshita was born in Tanegashima Island, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. Currently, he is a writer/reporter in The Daily Manila Shimbun (broadsheet newspaper in the Philippines written in Japanese) and an Associate Professorial Lecturer at the College of Arts and Letters of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines teaching language, literature and joining several on-going translation projects. After obtaining Master's degree in 2017, he worked as a research assistant in an international research project, called HIVE. While teaching online in PUP, he is finishing PhD in Social Sciences in Kagoshima University, Japan.

Roan Jessa 

Dino

Roan Jessa Dino teaches language and literature at the College of Arts and Letters in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Currently, she is pursuing PhD in Philippine Studies at the University of the Philippines Diliman. She published an article titled "Ang Kababaihan sa Pagsulat ng mga Tekstong Pampanitikan: Paunang Pagtatala mula 1897 hanggang 1994" in Filipinolohiya Journal of PUP. Her other previous works include research grants from the Philippine Commission on National Language (Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino) and Philippine National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA). She also serves as Chief of the Center for San Juan Studies in PUP San Juan City Campus.

Mayluck 

Malaga

Mayluck Malaga is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Arts and Letters in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines teaching literature, language and culture. She obtained her Master's degree in 2014 and currently pursuing PhD in Philippine Studies at the University of the Philippines Diliman. Her interest includes culture, literature, history and language in relation to the formation of knowledge and community development. She was also a part of a research that has been awarded a research grant from the Philippine National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in 2017.
